We are seeking skilled Industrial Truck and Tractor Operators to join our dedicated team. The primary responsibility of this role involves operating and maintaining hydraulic lifts efficiently and safely, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational procedures and ensure safety protocol adherence.
• Conduct daily inspections of hydraulic lift equipment.
• Document maintenance work performed and report to the operations manager.
• Support the logistics team by ensuring timely loading and unloading of materials.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Engage in continuous professional development and upskilling.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of lift operations.
• Maintain effective communication with team members.
• Participate in safety audits and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture promoting safety and teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in hydraulic systems are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating hydraulic lifts in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation

Certifications

• Hydraulic Systems Maintenance Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
