Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Leather Tacker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for attaching and securing leather materials to various products using industrial stitching machines. Your attention to detail and expertise in leatherworking will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate and maintain industrial stitching machines.
• Ensure the quality of stitched products meets company standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure specifications are met.
• Trim and finish products to enhance overall quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist in inventory management of leather materials.
• Monitor stitching equipment and report any issues.
• Engage in team discussions for effective problem-solving.
• Support the team with various leatherworking tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Previous experience in leather tacking or a similar role is preferred.
