Job Description
As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in Bristol. You’ll deliver engaging programmes that promote personal development, helping to empower the youth to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
Design and implement programs tailored to meet the needs of young people.
Support young people in developing essential life skills.
Collaborate with educational institutions to support at-risk youth.
Facilitate workshops on topics such as career readiness and health.
Create a safe and supportive environment for youth engagement.
Engage in continuous professional development.
Act as a positive role model for young people.
Requirements
Education
Relevant degree in Social Work or Education
Additional youth work training is preferred

Proven experience working with disadvantaged youth
