Job Description

We are looking for a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our operations team. The successful candidate will operate machinery used to grind, crush, and polish materials, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of crushing and grinding machines.
• Monitor production levels and quality output.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and take corrective action when necessary.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.
• Maintain work area cleanliness and organisation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in industrial equipment operations preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in power generation or a similar field

Technical Skills

• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certification in Occupational Safety
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in recordkeeping or data analysis: Skills in maintaining logs or data for performance evaluation.
