Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Semiconductor Processing Technician to assist in the production of semiconductor devices. You will be ensuring that operational procedures are followed and contributing to the success of our manufacturing team through precision and diligence.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced semiconductor processing tools while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to enhance production processes.
• Document inspection results and equipment maintenance activities accurately.
• Assist in the evaluation of new procedures and techniques.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Conduct regular analysis of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve equipment issues quickly.
• Support training programs for new team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.

Technical Skills

• Automated test equipment operation
• Lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Six Sigma Certification: Knowledge of Six Sigma principles for quality improvement.
• Experience with equipment calibration: Background in calibrating precision measuring equipment.
