Job Description
As a Lip-of-Shank Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting the lip of a shank on footwear products in accordance with the design specifications. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machinery for optimal cutting performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on cutting machines as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Train new employees on machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Report any machinery malfunctions to the Production Manager.
