We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bakery Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in crafting exquisite artisan baked goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume production and a commitment to quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee baking schedules and ensure timely production.
  • Implement best practices for waste management and sustainability.
  • Engage with customers and assist in managing special orders.
  • Assist in maintaining records and reports related to kitchen supply and inventory.
  • Take responsibility for maintenance and care of kitchen equipment.
