Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance overall performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Create impactful financial presentations for senior management.
• Review and enhance budgeting processes on an annual basis.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate year-end audits.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine financial processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis

Certifications

• CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)

• Project management experience: Experience in managing projects related to financial initiatives.
