Job Description

We are seeking a passionate AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and AI development, and will work on pioneering projects that push the limits of technology. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models to solve real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement AI features.
• Test, evaluate, and refine AI systems and models.
• Document processes and results for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on AI projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning for AI initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, or related discipline
• PhD in AI research is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles
