Responsibilities

• Lead energetic group aerobic classes with a focus on safety.
• Create inclusive workouts that cater to individuals with various fitness abilities.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in all classes.
• Offer modifications to exercises to suit beginners and advanced participants alike.
• Provide feedback and encouragement to participants.
• Participate in fitness community events and promotional activities.
• Help maintain studio cleanliness and equipment integrity.
• Engage with clients to build rapport and foster a community atmosphere.
• Perform administrative tasks related to class documentation and reporting.
• Attend staff meetings and workshops to discuss best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience teaching aerobic exercise classes.
