Job Description

As a Spinner Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of spinning machines, producing high-quality textile products. Your role will involve monitoring machinery, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring production efficiency while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up spinner machines according to production specifications.
• Perform regular inspections and maintain equipment functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets.
• Document production data for management review.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes.
• Assist in training new operators in machine handling.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials used in production.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
• Support the team in the achievement of production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in textile manufacturing or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in operating spinning machines or similar textile machinery.

Languages

• English: Fluent
