Job Description

As a Chemical Equipment Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our waste management operations by safely and efficiently operating machinery that burns waste materials. Your expertise will ensure the quality of burned materials and the maintenance of our machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee incineration machinery with strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform troubleshooting on equipment.
• Record operational data, and report any irregularities to management.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed to optimize performance.
• Participate actively in safety and compliance training.
• Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working order.
• Communicate effectively within the operational team to ensure smooth processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in heavy machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
