Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to operate and maintain our ore crushing dust collection systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of new dust collection equipment and upgrades.
• Report on system functionality, compliance, and efficiency improvements.
• Provide input on equipment purchases or repairs based on operational needs.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and issues.
• Support training of junior staff on dust collection operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a related industrial role.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of industrial processes
• Ability to operate control systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• IOSH Managing Safely

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous industrial experience: Experience within a heavy industrial environment will be advantageous.
• Understanding of environmental regulations: Knowledge of environmental compliance standards related to dust collection.
