Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our dedicated team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing accurate dosage instructions, and advising patients on potential side effects, ensuring a high standard of pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and patient consultations.
• Assist in the management of pharmacy inventory.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients about their medications and health management.
• Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in compounding medications is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulations

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Advanced Pharmacy Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Compounding Experience: Experience in compounding medications would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Electronic Prescription Systems: Familiarity with electronic prescription systems is desirable.
