Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Trial Manager where you will manage clinical trial projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for engaging and maintaining relationships with investigators, managing budgets, and ensuring trials align with regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of clinical trial protocols.
  • Manage vendor selection and relationships for outsourced services.
  • Monitor trial progress and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
  • Attend investigator meetings to provide training and support.
  • Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data quality.
  • Develop strategies for patient recruitment and retention.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions and audits.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making within the trial team.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards in patient interaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field
  • PhD is an advantage
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in clinical research and trial management
