Job Description

We are actively seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in data analysis, data visualisation, and statistical methods. In this role, you'll analyse large datasets to help drive business decisions and improve our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Create and deliver presentations that summarise analyses and data findings.
• Maintain statistical models and methodologies to assist in forecasting.
• Work with IT to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in training team members on data analysis tools and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Mathematics
• Master's degree in Data Science is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in analytics and reporting

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
