Job Description

We are in search of a diligent Chemical Technician to support our laboratory operations. The successful candidate will assist in conducting experiments, preparing samples, and ensuring accuracy in data collection and analysis. A focus on laboratory safety and accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and modification of experimental protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Implement best practices for laboratory housekeeping.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Effective Communication

Advantageous

• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS): Familiarity with LIMS for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience in handling hazardous materials: Knowledge of safe handling and disposal of chemicals.
