Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing quality processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Develop training materials and guide staff on quality standards and practices.
  • Monitor and analyze quality indicators, providing regular feedback to management.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the team and wider organisation.
  • Work closely with product development teams to anticipate quality challenges.
  • Manage audits and inspections, ensuring successful outcomes and compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements based on audit findings.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote awareness of quality systems.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Quality Management or Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in quality systems
