As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of sterilization equipment. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining autoclave machines to sterilize medical equipment effectively. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sterilization processes and adjust settings based on production needs.
• Ensure all sterilization equipment is cleaned and maintained after use.
• Document any incidents or issues during operation and report to the management.
• Participate in safety audits and training to uphold health standards.
• Assist in inventory management related to sterilization supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in autoclave operation preferred

Experience

• No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided.
