Job Description
We are seeking a Tube Room Cashier who excels in providing exceptional customer service. As part of our frontline team, you'll be responsible for selling tickets, answering queries, and ensuring an efficient flow in the ticket office.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to enhance their travel experience.
Assist with ticket sales and handle financial transactions securely.
Monitor ticketing systems and report any issues promptly.
Offer assistance during service disruptions or delays.
Support other team members as directed by the Station Manager.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
