Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in York. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly.
• Advocate for patients' needs and preferences in care delivery.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior nursing staff.
• Conduct discharge planning and education for patients and families.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree)
• NMC registration is essential

Experience

• At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred
