Job Description

Join our team as a Hospital Manager in London and take charge of our healthcare facility. You'll be instrumental in managing hospital operations, leading your team effectively, and improving patient care services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hospital operations and administrative functions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively, forecasting financial needs for operational activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care quality.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of hospital staff.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of care.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and healthcare partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to identify and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure cohesive care practices.
  • Manage patient feedback systems to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding hospital performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
