The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, and leading initiatives to improve operational performance. Responsibilities

• Analyse business operations to determine efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and policies.
• Assist in budget preparations and financial forecasting.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops for continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in operational analysis or similar role

Languages
