Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to patients in our Manchester facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patients' conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best care possible.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the administration of medications under supervision.
  • Engage patients in recreational activities to promote social interaction.
  • Encourage patients to maintain their independence as much as possible.
  • Assist in the discharge process by preparing patients for home care.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Any further qualifications in health-related fields are beneficial
Experience
  • At least 1 year of nursing assistant or related experience
