Job Description

As an Insurance Appraiser for Auto Damage, you will conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately assess damages and provide repair estimates. This role requires excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and repair technicians effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and document findings thoroughly.
• Generate detailed reports and estimates on repair costs.
• Engage with customers to explain the assessment outcomes.
• Coordinate with repair shops for parts sourcing and logistical support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing insightful information and assistance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A diploma in automotive repair or estimation is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in auto body repair or vehicle damage assessment

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of automotive repair techniques

Certifications

• Certificate in Vehicle Damage Assessment

Languages

• English: Fluent
