Job Description

As a Prepress Technician, you will be vital in ensuring the accurate stripping of materials in our production processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials are ready for the stripping stage of production.
• Follow established protocols to operate machinery effectively.
• Regularly check the quality of the stripping outcome and report issues promptly.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new technicians.
• Keep a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and report any technical issues.
• Contribute to team meetings by providing feedback on process efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes as necessary.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of different stripping materials and techniques: Understanding various materials, their properties and how they affect the stripping process.
• Experience with quality control and inspection processes: Familiarity with procedures to ensure materials meet all quality standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications: Skill in reading and understanding operational manuals and technical documentation.
