Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Computer User Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and be adept at resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with technical queries to ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring technical problems.
  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Help document user manuals and FAQs for client reference.
  • Enhance client onboarding processes through comprehensive training and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS or Azure) is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of VoIP systems
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified Professional
Languages
  • English: Fluent

  • Experience with VoIP systems: Hands-on experience with implementing and supporting VoIP solutions.
