UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Liverpool team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design and have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into usable designs.
• Develop and present design proposals to stakeholders.
• Contribute to team reviews and critique sessions.
• Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for design.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping tools (InVision, Axure)

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better design implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology: Experience working in Agile teams for iterative design processes.
