• Create and refine snuff recipes, experimenting with various tobaccos and flavorings.
• Conduct regular tests and sensory evaluations to assess the quality and flavor profile of snuff products.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production processes and quality control.
• Collaboration with the product development team to innovate and introduce new snuff varieties.
• Work alongside quality assurance staff to validate snuff production standards.
• Provide training to junior staff on snuff-making processes.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in tobacco production and blending processes are highly regarded.

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in tobacco or related industries.
