Job Description

As a Scale Shooter, you will play a vital role in managing the entire scale shooting process. This includes setting up and calibrating equipment, operating machines, and performing quality assurance checks to ensure that our products meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for optimal performance in scale shooting tasks.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure functionality.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to the shooting process.
• Collaborate with design teams to review specifications and make necessary adjustments.
• Document production workflows and improvements.
• Train new employees on machinery operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• HNC/HND in engineering or relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production roles

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• 3D Printing

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience using 3D modelling tools: Hands-on experience with tools for 3D model design.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects and lead small teams.
