Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor power generation systems and equipment.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document all operations and maintenance activities thoroughly.
  • Respond swiftly to any safety incidents to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in developing maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Conduct tests and inspections as required for regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate communication among team members to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in safety drills and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on plant performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant vocational training in power plant operations
Experience
  • Prior experience in power plant operations is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude

Certifications
