Job Description

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Collaborating closely with development teams, your role will involve identifying and resolving bugs, and implementing quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing on software features and maintain detailed documentation.
• Utilize defect tracking systems to maintain a record of bugs and issues.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align on quality standards and expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree preferred, but not essential

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, Quality Assurance, or related roles

Technical Skills

• TestNG
• Bugzilla
• SQL

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Teamwork

Advantageous

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance: Knowledge of GDPR, PCI-DSS or other relevant compliance standards.
• Experience with test management tools: Hands-on experience with tools like HP Quality Center or similar.
