We are seeking a knowledgeable Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of security protocols to safeguard our clients’ digital assets. You will be responsible for assessing vulnerabilities, orchestrating security measures, and devising innovative solutions to emerging threats.

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance network security measures.
• Conduct penetration testing and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is embedded across systems.
• Provide expert advice on security technologies and solutions.
• Maintain documentation of security policies and procedures.
• Participate in security audits and compliance assessments.
• Report on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
• Master's degree in Information Security is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity

Technical Skills

• Threat Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
