Join our dedicated team as a Biscuitware Brusher, where you will play a key role in enhancing the aesthetic quality of our ceramic products. Your expertise will help apply precise glazes, paints, and finishes to biscuitware items, ensuring they meet our design goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various brushing techniques, including layering and stippling, to achieve desired finishes.
• Match colours and ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct quality checks and document any issues for corrective action.
• Keep your workbench tidy and ensure all materials are correctly stored.
• Work alongside the design department to create unique finishes and textures for our products.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Research new techniques in biscuitware brushing to enhance skills and product quality.
• Assist in training new team members on proper techniques and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Ceramic Arts preferred

Experience

• Experience in hand-painting or decorating ceramic items is a plus.
