Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves setting up and operating edgebanding machines, ensuring that all work meets quality standards and deadlines. The perfect candidate will have an eye for detail, ensuring a smooth and durable finish on all projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate edgebanding machines effectively and efficiently.
• Calibrate machinery settings for different materials.
• Document production metrics and quality checks.
• Communicate with the production team about machinery issues and supply shortages.
• Train new operators on machine usage and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but a woodworking or carpentry apprenticeship is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in edgebanding or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills

Advantageous

• Experience with Holz-Her edgebanding machines: Hands-on experience with specific machinery for optimal productivity.

• Experience with CNC machines: Familiarity with CNC operations to assist in production.
