We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Nottingham team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and incidents.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support
