Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. You will play a crucial role in our financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models to support business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury functions.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and compliance documentation.
  • Provide insights on cost reduction strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate financial performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the finance team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a financial analyst role
