Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Coventry team. In this role, you will assess and support patients with a range of mental health issues, utilising evidence-based practices to provide tailored therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for psychological disorders.
  • Deliver therapy in a compassionate and patient-focused manner.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to provide holistic care solutions.
  • Record patient interactions and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
  • Advise therapists and staff on mental health strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • HCPC registered
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
