Responsibilities

  • Lead projects on process scale-up from lab to production.
  • Conduct material and equipment specifications assessments.
  • Work with R&D to develop new chemical formulations.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to budget and timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance through KPIs.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support audits and certifications for compliance.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar discipline
  • PhD in Chemical Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a chemical engineering position with leadership experience
