Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and diligent Station Gateman to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our station facilities. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, detail-oriented, and capable of handling security and operational procedures efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise station access points to ensure only valid ticket holders enter.
  • Perform routine checks of safety and emergency equipment.
  • Assist with crowd control during peak hours and events.
  • Compile daily incident reports and communicate with management.
  • Train new staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with passengers to enhance their station experience.
  • Collaborate with external security personnel if necessary.
  • Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
  • Update security logs and complete necessary documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in crowd management is advantageous
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with security equipment
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Team collaboration
Certifications
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Valid security license
Languages
  • English: Fluent
