Job Description

We are searching for a skilled E-commerce Manager to spearhead our digital sales strategy in Manchester. The ideal candidate will oversee our online platform, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce team, collaborating with marketing, and ensuring the alignment of our online strategies with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute the overall e-commerce business strategy.
  • Guide the team in managing and refining website content.
  • Conduct market research to inform product merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and maintain budgets for the e-commerce department.
  • Collaborate with logistics for efficient order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Monitor competitive landscape to adjust strategic initiatives accordingly.
  • Enhance customer engagement through targeted email marketing.
  • Lead the optimisation of the online customer journey.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or e-commerce is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing online sales channels
Technical Skills
  • CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • PPC and Social Media Advertising

Languages
