Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sterilizer Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining sterilizer machines to ensure efficient and effective sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sterilization equipment is always in optimal working condition.
• Assist in training new team members on sterilization techniques and equipment use.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the sterilization process and equipment faults.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience operating sterilizer machines is preferred.
