Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Compliance Officer to join our team in Luton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and standards, actively contributing to the improvement of quality assurance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the integrity of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections of laboratory and production sites.
  • Collaborate with R&D to align new products with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage documentation for compliance and quality processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory updates and requirements.
  • Participate in risk management assessments.
  • Facilitate compliance-related training and workshops.
  • Evaluate and report on compliance metrics.
  • Assist in achieving and maintaining certifications.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance or quality assurance
