Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to manage front office operations and assist our veterinary team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for animal care, providing a warm welcome to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary team members.
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client queries efficiently.
  • Process and schedule laboratory tests and procedures.
  • Educate clients on proper pet care and preventive health measures.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and their pets.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as required.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and professional work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Veterinary Reception or Customer Service is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting preferred
