Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Fishing and Hunting Worker to join our wildlife management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the humane trapping of animals, monitoring wildlife populations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is essential for maintaining a balance between human activities and wildlife preservation.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and regularly check animal traps to ensure humane handling.
  • Implement safety measures to guarantee the welfare of wildlife.
  • Provide statistical reports on captured animals and wildlife observed.
  • Support the training of new recruits in wildlife management techniques.
  • Coordinate with environmental agencies for compliance updates.
  • Work outdoors in various conditions and terrains.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in wildlife management or relevant field preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in animal trapping, pest control, or related field is preferred.
