Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and offer constructive feedback on their work.
• Utilize design software and tools to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
• Engage with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather feedback.
• Document design specifications and maintain design systems for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mobile Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile product design and development

Technical Skills

• Usability Testing
• Mobile UI/UX Design

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• UI Design Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with AR/VR design: Hands-on experience designing for augmented and virtual reality platforms.
• Knowledge of design systems: Experience in creating or contributing to design systems to ensure consistency.
