The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various planning and development projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Conduct site assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.
• Lead public consultation processes and community outreach efforts.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks.
• Coordinate post-project evaluations and client satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure timely communication of project milestones and progress updates.
• Supervise junior team members and provide mentorship.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and community engagement in project planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certification in Planning or Project Management (desirable)

• Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating projects
