Job Description

As a Reed Dipper, you will perform the essential dip coating process on reeds used in musical instruments. This role is vital in ensuring the reeds are protected and ready for production, contributing to the overall quality of our musical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the dip coating process efficiently for reeds.
• Verify that coatings meet the specified quality assurance standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on coating equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations without compromise.
• Assist with training new staff in the dip coating techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Experience with musical instruments production is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or similar role.

• Basic manufacturing tools knowledge
