Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to support our educators and contribute to the academic success of our students. The ideal candidate will engage with students, assist in lesson delivery, and promote a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help set up educational activities and learning resources.
• Communicate effectively with students to encourage participation.
• Assist with classroom administration tasks as required.
• Promote inclusivity and assist in adapting lessons for all students.
• Contribute to student assessments and report progress to teachers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Relevant teaching assistant qualification

Experience

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with special educational needs (SEN): Familiarity with supporting students with SEN in a classroom setting.
