Job Description

We are seeking an attentive and knowledgeable Insurance Claims Processor to join our Brighton team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims processing, investigating claims, and ensuring the timely resolution of customer inquiries. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the best service possible during their claims experience.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process insurance claims efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze information necessary for claims assessment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
  • Document all claim activities thoroughly.
  • Assist clients with the completion of necessary forms.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve claims processes.
  • Train new hires on claims processing procedures.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Certifications in insurance or claims management are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in the insurance industry with a focus on claims
